Just guessing but $7.5mil at 15 multiple is about $2.70. If you assume a growth multiple of say 20 you very quickly get to $3-4 . Not sure if the brokers are interested given the lack of liquidity in the shares. Very tightly held with top 20 holders having 92%. Press coverage is also very disappointing. Whenever GLB have a good result all th press focus on is Solly Lew and his 6% holding.
