Structurally I like this company better now. In FY2020, they paid their majority shareholder $5.8m (9% of gross purchases) which I suspect may have been excessive and very poor from a governance perspective.
Following discussions with the ASX last year, they have had to bin this arrangement for perhaps a more reasonable fee of $840k. Makes a big difference to the bottom line I suspect.
