Think your earlier comment re: what happened when founders sold a swag very apropos here. A new issue would bring more funds in and broaden the shareholder base without the distraction of Cassandras bleating about their motivations. Given the price strength of the last six months I'd think it could be done to a premium to market. Any fund that wanted to buy 5 million shares now would need to push the price a fair way.
