CEU is sitting on that $1.60 for like a week plus refusing to move. The next 6 months will be the make or break, perhaps investors are just waiting for news?

Then the market is expecting/hoping for an April opening, 6 months ahead of time.
IF CEU does open and meet traffic projection targets, then hello north of $2.00.
IF CEU opens July or later and only moderate traffic numbers then $1.40-$1.70 is a fair price range.
CEU would seem to be at the "lower" end of the risk tolerance when it comes to shares.
10.25c fully tax deferred on a current share price of $1.60 give a lazy 6.4% which isn't bad while you wait for something to happen.
