Now you are just making things up. I never asked you to "make up my mind for (me)". My exact words to you were:

"Please tell us exactly what we should discover if we should "google" Mr Boyko, and why that should matter."

You've been asked three times and you have refused to answer. I can only conclude you have nothing to say, and that your posts were simply a feeble attempt to sow doubt in the minds of shareholders over nothing. You have simply been baiting and downramping.

If at any point in the future you would like to contribute to the conversation, we would all be most grateful. We are adults and investors, we rely on facts and opinions backed up by facts. So by all means share your thoughts. But don't mutter darkly about nothing and then get all offended if you are asked to spell out exactly what you mean. Please stop wasting our time.
