it is a do it yourself thing though. same as do it yourself websites and the like. a typical SME doesn't have the skills to make something that looks polished and professional. this is why they get someone else to do these things for them. the end distribution of big video content is not different either. it can be embedded anywhere. but as far as I know automated video production is something I think big utilises to some extent to keep prices lower by reducing labour costs. how or if that actually works I have no idea. should be something they detail in the investor roadshow that was alluded to.
