Ann: Company appointment of new Chairman, page-71

If I was a shareholder and the company's reputation was on the line and trying to re-image myself and gain credibility in the market locally I certainly wouldn't say this is a good addition to the board. Surely someone local (especially chairman) with a transparent positive track record is the way to go. All this does is actually raise more questions and innuendos and what would he know about anything market wise in Australia or how governance/regulations etc works.
