I did actually check out Oleg Boyko:

What is your point, exactly? Instead of darkly hinting at deep conspiracy theories, why don't you tell us the facts? Why do you tell us that we have to "google" - is it because you are too lazy to do so yourself? I don't understand what you are hinting at - if indeed you are hinting at anything.

Perhaps this is just another useless, time wasting, down ramping post of no value. But I'll give you your chance. Please tell us exactly what we should discover if we should "google" Mr Boyko, and why that should matter.
