re: Ann: COMPANY FINANCING UPDATE AND ACQUISI... Excellent announcement. As expected SPP announced today with 1:1 rights issue at 0.5 cents to existing shareholders.
This is annoying for me as I only bought minimum parcel, and was hoping for a 15K allocation. Oh well...
The better news is that Macquarie is converting 50% of its debt to shares at 0.6 cents. They obviously believe in GGE, and this is going to be a big positive for the SP short term.
