re: Ann: COMPANY FINANCING UPDATE AND ACQUISI... Agree this is a big complicated announcement. I have tried to value GGE going forward and my 12 month valuation fully diluted is $0.0289. Which from todays price is 400%. Too me this shows the extent of how big this dilution really is as before hand a share price of 10 cents wasnt out of the questions. I am not saying 400% isnt great in 12 months, its just alot less then it was.
This is the fully diluted as its above the 1.5cent mark. I do have full calculations for each well bar D&L3 as I have just assumed half of D&L2 but they are rough and do have many assumptions.
Overall the announcement was defiantly a curve ball. It seems they want a lower risk play to be producing before they have a go at Mound II. It just going to be a bit longer but seems like the safer route.
