chuckle worthy indeed drifta... I take it you mean everyone in a high state of agitation and ready to figuratively lynch the company sec? Yes a grim image and a daunting prospect for any company official.
I don't doubt there would be some agitation but I think you under-estimate our colleagues and the degree of professional courtesy that would be extended to any official representative of the company who dares to "face the rabble".
For my part, during my career, I've faced down groups of angry prisoners in th Bin (errr.. Big 'Ouse or otherwise known as prison) regarding supply of drugs and trade (inside)... I understand how Mr Herbertson would feel to a degree.
but lets not equate our fellows with inmates in almost constant lock down hey... We are all professionals in this field and I believe we are better than you describe.
