Again not correct, he actually said it went deeper than the horzontal and then they pulled the bit up and started drilling the horizontal leg.
So contrary to your "interprtation" the rig was clearly capable of getting to the depth required, simply because the "horizontal leg" was at a higher height than the drill went down too.
Nor was it the reason why "IT WAS RELEASED" to adopt your shout !
The reason was because the three muskateers said they wanted to 3D seismic and they said the vibrations from the drilling rig at the 2nd hole would have interferred with the 3D seismic.
Its OK Lauzaa, we know your position, not a relly of Mr Askin are you ?
