Credit Suisse, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Petra Capital have been appointed as financial advisors to provide investment banking services.
There has been some talk that the majority of funding is likely from offtakers and debt. Debt will most likley be in the form of government agency loans and perhaps convertible notes.
Details would be confidential but thats the jist of it from latest reports.
