re: Ann: Company Insight - Progress at Wilche... No idea Cracka, if you can get in and out in the 90's, for example in at 92 out and 98, back in at 94 out at 96 and so on, and you have the capital to 'cap' it so you can trade through the range, maybe it's a way to pick up something like 4% a month, or say 50% a year. It sounds a bit ambitious and you are putting your capital at risk on a junior, but I don't know, just a thought? Seems like too much effort for the risk/reward.
God forbid that the almighty ASX is used by national/international money launderers, I realise that this is pushing into scoffing territory, but I'm lost for an explanation.
Maybe it's just the simple concept that the stock carries too much risk until all the permits are granted and the financing is secured. Someone (maybe Cristoff??) posted a pretty simple and good graph of the life cycle of the SP of a miner, from explorer to end of life on the DML thread. It must have been 6 or more months ago, maybe 12.
Maybe the spike to 1.60 odd had the optimism built in before the Euro concerns emerged. Maybe now we're in an 'in between' stage where the project has been progressibely derisked as land marks have been reached, but the rush of speculative dollars have fallen away as the reality of the lengthy and demanding permits and financing stages are underway. Maybe the 'real' money is still sceptical that IFE can be the first DSO magnetite producer in Australia. Maybe the claims of simple and cheap beneficiation and the post beneficiation grades are questionable? Maybe, maybe, maybe...maybe that's why we can't lift off the low 90's base?
It's a bloody funny market to participate in when the local signs look so promising but the worlds big consumers are in such strife. I look forward to the day when we un hitch from the west and ride the resource rocket from the east. Once India comes online (and the overdue US infrastructure upgrade as a kicker), surely our resource driven market will deliver the goods. Only probelm will be the $42 we'll being paying for a pint of lager.
Post Friday arvo beers rant.
