Thats what I thought as well. For a cap raising you would wait for the CR to get discounted shares and participate to remove dilutionary effects. Not buy on market.
There is that 60k capper that somehow needs to finish selling to start seeing any upward Sp increase.
Hence I would think TRF buying on market is a positive.
