Some very rough for the calcs regarding PIL's mobile app service getting used in Mass Specc community alone. Now I'm not sure how often a member would perform transactions in a certain period and I'm fully aware that cash is still a very popular method in the Philippines to pay bills.
But when it comes to using the App for transferring money, paying a bill online, making a monthly payment on a bizmoloan etc etc.... and purely as an exercise for this Pinoy Coop app getting introduced, I'll work on anywhere between 1 and 10 times a month a member transacts using the App. Some would be 0, some would be 10, some would be more, so I'm just going to use 5 as a figure.

10,000 members, 5 transactions a mth = 600,000 transactions a year = A$60,000 in fees for PIL a year
100,000 members, 5 transactions a mth = 6,000,000 transactions a year =A$600,000 in fees for PIL a year
1,000,000 members, 5 transactions a mth = 60,000,000 transactions a year = A$6,000,000 in fees for PIL a year
1,600,000 members, 5 transactions a mth = 96,000,000 transactions a year = A$9,600,000 in fees for PIL a year

Do these figures look somewhere on the mark or are my calcs way off. Maybe to bullish or to conservative to.
But for instance GCASH users and I'm not comparing companies here, far from it but just trying to guess how often an app would get used by a person in the Philippines if they like it.
So with GCASH the app is being used on average more than 2.5 times a day by active users. So that's a lot of times a mth, but it is GCASH though and possibly a different demographic. Which is one of the reasons I have significantly reduced my transactions a mth figure for this exercise.

Once again this is just very rough transactions figures for members using the mobile app service in Mass Specc. It's not Bizmoloan fees or BizmoGo or BizmoTinda purchases that will also come into play with Mass Specc including bizmoto managed services, support &maintenance fees, or anything outside of Mass Specc.
