    From 1 Jan ’23 to 31 Aug ’23, MASS-SPECC processed Php 14.4 billion (circaAUD$392 million) in cash withdrawals, bills payment and fund transfers

    These are very encouraging numbers, I did not realize they were only for 3 qrts of this year alone.
