Yep they are trying to get rid of the bad taste MMJ has left in investors mouths, but going to need more than a name change for this, going to be needing to make better investment decisions coupled with some PR if they want to achieve this.
In saying that, I believe its actual good prices now, given market cap is under cash and publicly listed assets right now, so getting all the unlisted investments for free at this price.
