Agree with hardcash about the propensity of management without
"enough cash" to be preparing to raise on the back of the orica ann. Seems entirely possible to me that the 12c sellers are cognisant of the fact that plenty of stock will be available sub 11 in the normal course of discounted new shares.Doesn't seem to matter how "fully funded" the project appears ,management knows how hard it is to raise funds to top up the norml depletion. Check out ctp ann and posts today.Unusual the sp didn't kick a lot higher given that shale gas peers are enjoying some overdue sp appreciation.
