A fair bit of overreaction going on here. While it's not good news at least management seem to be taking appropriate steps to ensure ongoing viability. I've held numerous companies over the years that go through a rough patch. In most cases I have regretted selling as the drop in share price was only temporary. My advice, for what it's worth is, hang in there- you might be surprised in 6 months time.
