The board and management were probably sitting throughout end of December - early February sweating about how they explain it to the market. Probably hoping for an order for Ukraine, or maybe there was an order for Ukraine, and management were hopeful that US Congress would miraculously allocate money to Ukraine.
I got out last week for other reasons (it was just stale).
