Given the unspecific assertions that have been made on HC about the uselessness of the EIA, I find it encouraging that GGG was able to address most submissions and issues by referring to their EIA.
My reaction to the second sentence you quote is this. It's neither good nor bad - just the customary and rah rah gobbledegook that companies write.
