The $800m is NPV not EBITDA for the entire LOM (7 years).
In the absence of EBITDA, its stated that Pre Tax net cashflow = $1,630m over the 7 year LOM which is $232m p.a. At 10x PE that would value the company at $2.32b or $5.67 per share IMO.
