Simply the company is on state land, with no wet lands and no salmon and a very simple path to achieve environmental approvals. additionally, the heap leach operation was ditched for new ore sorting capability. Although with higher grades estimated at approx 2g/t at RPM we can crush and slurry it straight to the processing facility without sorting. All blue sky from here.
