Fred you obviously haven't followed this stock for a few years so I will forgive your ignorance. Simply the company is on state land, with no wet lands and no salmon and a very simple path to achieve environmental approvals. additionally, the heap leach operation was ditched for new ore sorting capability. Although with higher grades estimated at approx 2g/t at RPM we can crush and slurry it straight to the processing facility without sorting. All blue sky from here. If drilling at RPM can bring the deposit up into the indicated category at 2g/t we are off to the races. Maybe DYOR before posting dribble.
