I am not satisfied with the fact that obviously the interests of the management in the receipt of options is put before the interest of the shareholders, e.g. in the fact that the share price is driven by good drilling results first, before the CR happens. Above all: why were the shareholders not informed about the deliberately brought about standstill in the newsflow, instead of letting them wait like idiots for weeks for results? Without a sound explanation of why this procedure was carried out in the interest of the shareholders as well, this is at the very least bad form.
