The NFWG's report is clear as mud with respect to the proposed uranium reserve, the American Assured Fuel Supply, the possible merger of the two, and the possible procurement of converted/enriched fuel versus U3O8. Obviously written by committee. Par for the course from the Trump administration. Not surprising that the Department of Energy has been unable to put together a coherent plan for the House Appropriations Committee.
