It's all about logistics.

Fundamentally, one must not forget they are targeting 50% export and 50% domestic steel mills.

A few points:

1. The trucking rate mentioned is for current shipments to port for export only.
2. The trucks range in size from 35-50t.
3. They are currently trucking 50 per day, but have comfortably achieved a 65 per day peak.

They have not planned out a beneficiation plant without examining the trucking capacity to port or the domestic steel mills. Gotta give them more credit than that!
