@jackarooz i think you are nitpicking here, the differences in language are marginal. But if you need to hear that you are correct, then you are as the directors at that time would have been negligent in their fiduciary duties to trade while insolvent and as such all they would know was they are about to become insolvent and subsequently suspended the company
