    Coates is a write off , Lake Johnson will need a shit ton of $$$ thrown at it to become anything resembling 'viable' . Where are the $$$ gonna come from .... they HAVE to find something ''economical'' at Bynoe , wrap it in a bow & sell it to CXO .
