Just to make this absolute clear so there is no misunderstanding. No-one at the EGM said that there WILL be a consolidation. This is NOT (as is my understanding) formally-approved board policy. If it was, it'd be out there as a formal ASX announcement. The 1 to 6 was an illustrative example. If it happens (big if), could be more, could be less.

What we know from the last AGM is that management is obsessed with HC. They may well have put it out there knowing that it would be reported here just to gauge what the reaction would be.

The AGS register has 1000s of shareholders who hold non-marketable parcels. It'll probably get worse after the return of the 12c. I think part of the thinking of doing a consolidation was to try to deal with that issue. Another was to try to keep the share-price at a reasonable level. I don't think they need to do a consolidation to solve both those issues.

It makes sense to do a share consolidation as AGS is starting over again so to speak.

As I posted it serves any Company well for future CR to have a least number of shares on issue. imo

A Never ending merry(money) go round, so to speak. lol

Wouldn't it be great to be a Director of any Company. Its called money for jam. imo
