Well, all over, "deal" is done.

A pretty sombre affair, prob 20 to 25 attending.

IG was on speaker-phone allegedly away on business. Wherever he was, sounds like he was off to have breakfast. TL is on holidays so he wasn't there either (kinda nicely sums up his role at AGS).

Some pretty forgettable opening remarks from JD. SJ followed with a lack-lustre presentation. All up, very unimpressive.

I guess the big news is that there was talk of capital reconstruction. 1 for 6 or so was mentioned. So, 400m shares become 50 to 60 m & "cleans up" the Register.

There was also some discussion that they were getting lots of approaches including seeing some projects close to ready to mine. If none of that eventuates, then there may be another return. If I was still a shareholder, I wouldn't be holding my breath waiting for anything above & beyond the 12c voted on today.

That's about it. Oh, they are about to tender for a drilling campaign in Chile. SJ estimated that it'll probably cost about 500,000 dollars, so whatever they've got left, you can subtract that.

Goodbye 4M, you deserved a helluva lot better.
