I noticed a couple of shareholders voted "no" to the sale so I guess one of them was you. Interestingly, JD made a beeline straight to those shareholders at the conclusion of the meeting.

We know AGS loves paying for the consultants, but I'll give this advice for free. If AGS is serious about going through the renewal process, they need to refresh that board. JD & TL are the obvious candidates to go. If I was still an AGS shareholder, I wouldn't shed a tear to see the back of IG too.
