The salary of the people in charge is pretty high for the size of the company, that is fine as the company seems to be performing but this has continued to increase. They need to pay a dividend to show they are serious about sharing the wealth creation with other shareholders. They will end up paying out most of the money to themselves anyway so they really should just do it if they were serious about raising the share price.
