Get a mam, and get a blood test to make sure we didnt miss it, because the blood test can detect it earlier, if the mam cant see it yet. And as a roll out, to penetrate an existing market, makes perfect sense to ride the coat tails of the incumbent test. Then when you are accepted, you can displace and surpass the mams to wider populations. Eventually, your blood test is the front runner, and number of mams will diminish as confidence of the blood test is elevated.
From a marketing perspective, getting user adaptation, and accessing the mature demand pool. Then surpassing it.
