I invest with Merchant Funds and have done very well with them, much better than trying to pick winners on my own. When I questioned them on the sell down they said they still believed in the tech but are a bit sceptical on the commercialisation process most recently announced, tests x cost doing it may take more money and time they predict to breakeven and may be difficult to scale. They were doubling down on another company in the space.
I bought some as they started to exit because of the tech works hopefully the rest can be worked out DYOR.
