apparently the first 10-15min of the webinar ( which I missed ) was addressing questions lodged by investors who registered for the webinar.
for the record at the end of the webinar ( not included in the file uploaded to their website ) Greg did once again reference the contingent payment deed and quite rightly, informed the webinar that their legal team is all over it.
no further comment until documentation is released by OZL / BHP in March but to have them on the front foot in this regard is positive
