    "Targeting' Stage 1 production in Q3 of 2020 doesn't indicate there is the $40 mill funding sort by Co is 'progressing' as well, or,as making the 'good progress' that we have been of informed lately....'targetting' indeed....perhaps some solid stats and information as to 'how and why' Q3 is now the magic 'target date' would be in order....another nebulas 'blue paint' Ann again imo....
