I think it would be helpful if there were some words from the Company to explain what the photos mean. Or are we to assume that the pre-con ponds are dry (hence the ability to do a penetrometer test) and that they are at least 8 weeks from starting commissioning because the conveyors arent dressed, the superstructures arent completed, the piping's not complete and the cablings not finished?
