    yes, that's the fear I had....but those who applied for an amount in first tranche spp got all they asked for so I would think tranche 2 could be scaled back but not severely? They give a free kick to instos at 40, then tranche 1 also...but dump tranche 2 in the toilet...not likely...but that's the punt I guess? Find out nect week!
