Definitely not. That has zero impact on it, pushing the price down to make a "premium" offer look better doesnt work when comparables have already been made in recent months. Any large players KNOWS they cannot get this deposit for less then 4 or 5bil minimum. Pushing the price down will do zero to make to cheaper for them.
