Because it's incredibly cheep and gold is on the move due to inflation in the US and world in general because of money printing, on the finance side, this will not happen till later next year as we are developing a new feasability study at present required to get financing and we would need to see covid settle a little in Brazil first, however if gold shoots to new highs Q1 2022 we could see it by mid year.
