yes and on 4/6/2024 update said "any exploration work on the niobium anomaly will not be covered under the current funding arrangements with RTX"
but this is what I heard today that RTX will now fund the Nb exploration
maybe they are just trying to use up all the fund by end of the year, or they can move to next stage of JV?
