People have got high grade fever at the moment and are loading up on all sorts of trash. Happened during the Lithium boom too, anyone announcing they'd picked up an 'advanced lithium project' would see their penny dreadful SP surge. Was all temporary, very few of those projects actually amounted to anything.

This is a quality project and over time the quality projects will prove durable.

You see a lot of downramping and daily market shenanigans going on and they wouldn't bother if they didn't know this is one of the jewels amongst the dross.
