How do you propose they go about building this mine?
Use the diamond drill rigs to mine a few tonnes and chopper it out to be toll treated? And slowly build up the funds to finance it themselves? Not sure that it will be economic that way.
For a really profitable scoping study, we need more in the indicated category, and only drilling will get us that.
No one is going to loan you $500m without having your ducks in a row.
