yeah they can’t get those options without those conditions being met.
I do think that the exercise price of 1.20 is waaaaay too low. So I would reject it on those grounds.
Also the increase in salaries with a whopping 40% for non execs is crazy. Especially in a gold sector that has not been performing at all, and in a company that won’t see revenue before 4 years or so.
So I would vote against these proposals on the basis of exercise price and a crazy salary raise.
