As frustrating as it is from management - they should be ae to give a date it hits the courts atleast or an "expected date" I can see this dragging out the year. Remember whatever the outcome an appeal is 99% likely by either INF or local council movong it to the supreme court for.final decision. 12 more months they might miss the drive in lithium by the time they get it up an running. Still the downside vs upside is still massive happy to hold to see how it plays out.
