Looks like its market driven rather than an announcement - hope in a V shape recovery!
Market commentators are talking of a 3rd wave of selling this week when US quarterlies start coming through, so I've just taken my chips off for now and will load up again on oversold signal.
Long term I think CZI will be acquired either at company or project level, but I've lost patience and can put that money to work better elsewhere.
