Good observation TH. From my fund manager contacts it's coming from the US. Abundant liquidity is fueling unrealistic valuations with reference to fixed interest (and little consideration the situation/bodies on the ground). That is spilling over into out market.
That said there's noting wrong with the fundamentals of CZI.
