Because of the obvious need to push more heavily into sales (team, offices, location wtc.), which has traditionally been very expensive for them. We seem to have not got the traction we expected in this space so im expecting them to throw more money at it, and burn through the $11m quicker than anticipated... in the name of drumming up more business.
